Twin Peaks Construction is based in North Vancouver and builds across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver. Three generations in the Lower Mainland means we know these neighbourhoods, their lots, their permit offices, and the way these homes are built — from heritage North Van character homes to Burnaby hillside estates.
North Vancouver
Our home base. From our office at 3063 Lonsdale Ave, we build custom homes, manage major renovations, and handle the structural repairs — foundations, beams, floor leveling — that North Shore homes so often need. The 887 Seymour Blvd craftsman is a recent North Van custom build.
West Vancouver
West Van's steep lots, ocean views, and premium expectations are exactly the conditions our structural and custom-home experience is built for. We deliver luxury homes and high-end renovations across the district.
Vancouver
Renovations, additions, and structural work throughout the City of Vancouver, including character-home renovation where careful, structurally-aware work is non-negotiable.
Burnaby
Custom homes and renovations across Burnaby, including the 6198 Gordon Place contemporary estate in Buckingham Heights — a 6,200 SF build with a private elevator and full smart-home automation.
